Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from and make outbound calls to customers regarding their delinquent accounts
  • Utilize customer service skills to answer questions and take appropriate action relating to customer requests/billing inquiries
  • Capture information and enter data in the computer in a timely manner
